了解学生是教育学生的前提。只有了解了学生在物质、情感、社会、意识及智力发育方面的需要,才能对学生施以正确的教育,才能使他们健康正常地发展,充分地发挥潜力,成长为能积极适应社会,并为社会做出贡献的人。当前,教育改革正朝着素质教育的方向进行,但从总体上看,教学方式单一、学生被动学习、个性受到压抑等应试教育的阴影还存在。2012年10月间,对初中一、二年级共230名学生的学习目的进行了一次抽样问卷调查,并对调查结果作了粗浅的分析。
