[目的]探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术后乳房缺损的修复方法。[方法]回顾30例采用带蒂背阔肌肌瓣转移修复保乳手术后乳房缺损的乳腺癌病人,分析局部复发率和远处转移情况,评价其乳房外形及触感。[结果]经过6～48个月随访,30例病人中,除2例出现远处转移,未发现局部复发者。乳房外形和触感的满意率分别为93%和90%。[结论]采用带蒂背阔肌肌瓣转移修复保乳手术后乳房缺损能保证局部低复发率,能达到良好的美容效果。 [Objective] To investigate the method of repairing breast defects after breast-conserving surgery. [Methods] Thirty cases of breast cancer who had breast muscle defect repaired after breast conserving surgery were retrospectively reviewed. The local recurrence rate and distant metastasis were analyzed, and their breast shape and touch were evaluated. [Results] After 6 to 48 months of follow-up, of the 30 patients, no distant recurrence was found in 2 patients and no local recurrence was found. Satisfaction rates for breast shape and touch were 93% and 90% respectively. [Conclusion] The use of pedicled latissimus dorsi muscle flap to repair breast defects after breast-conserving surgery can ensure local low recurrence rate and achieve good cosmetic results.
