目的了解本地区6~12岁健康小学生儿童肺功能正常值,探讨相关影响因素。方法对合肥市某小学70名在校健康小学生,采用德国Jaeger公司生产Master Screen Paed型肺功能仪检测常规通气肺功能。结果肺功能实测值随年龄增长而增大。身高、坐高、臂长、胸围、头围与肺功能的回归系数(β值)为正数,P值<0.05或0.10。体重与肺功能各指标的P>0.05。臂围与FVC的β值为负数,P<0.10。结论年龄、身高对肺功能影响较大,呈正相关,其次为坐高、臂长、胸围。体重、臂围、头围对肺功能影响较小。
Objective To understand the normal pulmonary function of healthy primary children aged 6 ~ 12 in this area and explore the related factors. Methods A total of 70 healthy primary school students in a primary school in Hefei city were enrolled in this study. The routine ventilatory pulmonary function was tested by Master Screen Paed type of lung functionometer manufactured by Jaeger Company of Germany. Results The measured value of pulmonary function increased with age. The regression coefficient (β value) for height, sitting height, arm length, bust, head circumference, and lung function was positive with a P value <0.05 or 0.10. Body weight and lung function of each index P> 0.05. The beta value of arm circumference and FVC is negative, P <0.10. Conclusion Age and height have a significant positive correlation with pulmonary function, followed by sitting height, arm length and chest circumference. Body weight, arm circumference, head circumference on the pulmonary function less affected.
