目前,低温(-30、-40℃)材料的研发是风电铸件能否批量化生产的关键。影响低温材料性能(冲击值和抗拉强度)的因素很多,在改进时往往摸索着前进,一个一个地去试,这在六西格玛中叫“一次一因子法”(One-Factor-At-A-Time Strategy),这种方法试验太慢,也不能知道多个因子之间的交互作用影响。有时多个因子一起试验,但不知道究竟哪个因子起关键作用。
At present, the research and development of low temperature (-30, -40 ℃) materials is the key to the batch production of wind power casting. There are many factors that affect the performance (impact value and tensile strength) of low-temperature materials, and they are often groped for improvement and tested one by one.
