为了考察金属配合物中配体分子平面大小对金属配合物与DNA作用模式的影响 ,用荧光法和光度法对乙二胺合钴 (Ⅲ ) ([Co(en)3]3 +)、联吡啶合钴 (Ⅲ ) ([Co(bpy)3]3 +)和邻菲咯啉合钴 (Ⅲ ) ([Co(phen)3]3 +)与DNA的作用进行了研究。结果表明[Co(phen)3]3 +与DNA作用时除存在静电作用模式外 ,还存在插入作用 ,而[Co(en)3]3 +和[Co(bpy)3]3 +主要以静电作用与DNA结合。插入作用的强弱与配合物中配体分子平面大小有关。
In order to investigate the influence of ligand size on the mode of interaction between metal complexes and DNA, the fluorescence and spectrophotometric methods were used to determine the interaction between cobalt (Ⅲ) ([Co (en) 3] 3) The effects of pyridine (Ⅲ) ([Co (bpy) 3] 3 +) and orthophenanthroline cobalt (Ⅲ) ([Co (phen) 3] 3 +) on DNA were studied. The results show that the insertion of [Co (phen) 3] 3 + and DNA in addition to the electrostatic interaction mode exist, while [Co (en) 3] 3 + and [Co (bpy) 3] Function and DNA binding. The strength of insertion is related to the size of the ligand molecule in the complex.
