拟付交感神经药能引起持续性调节,可能成为头痛,眼痛和诱发近视眼的原因,如不予以矫正,视力可降低到20/200以下。作者用2%毛果云香硷,2%毛果云香硷联合10:1的托平酰胺(Tropicamide),2%Aceclidine对调节的影响进行了比较。 Aceclidine化学名3-乙酰氧基奎奴里啶水杨酸盐(3-Acetoxygiunucline Salicylate),分子量308.34 此药是一种直接作用于运动终板,又有弱抗胆硷酯酶的拟付交感神经药。缩瞳作用稍大于同浓度毛果芸香硷,对调节影响较毛果云香硷小,而降眼压作用二者相同。在溶液状态超过四周不稳定,所以作成扮剂在临用前予以溶解。作者对18个开角型青光眼病人作了试验,病人年令在26—56岁之间。在试验开始前至少停止青光眼治疗三天,全部病例都未用过长效抗胆硷脂酶药。试验开始与结束前均测眼压。屈光检查
