随着城市建设的发展,市政工程与轨道交通工程近距离施工、相互影响的情况越来越普遍,出现了基坑工程骑跨于已建地铁区间隧道之上这一新问题。由于基坑的开挖会引起坑内土体的回弹,从而引起地铁区间隧道的上抬变形,如何有效控制坑底隆起、隧道上浮将成为基坑施工控制的难点。本文以杭州市某基坑工程为例,分别用三维弹塑性有限元方法,分析了在软土地层中采用门式搅拌注浆加固对基坑下方已建盾构隧道的理论保护效果,得到基坑开挖过程中盾构隧道的变形规律,为同类工程提供参考。
With the development of urban construction, the mutual influence between the municipal engineering and the rail transit project is becoming more and more common. There is a new problem that the foundation pit works riding over the tunnel with built metro stations. As the excavation of the foundation pit will cause the rebound of the soil in the pit, which will cause the tunnels to lift up and deform in the metro area. How to effectively control the uplift of the bottom of the pit and the floating of the tunnel will be the difficulties in the construction control of the foundation pit. Taking a foundation pit project in Hangzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the theoretical protection effect of the built-in shield tunnel under the foundation pit by using portal agitation grouting in soft soil strata with the three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element method respectively. Deformation law of shield tunnel during excavation process provides reference for similar projects.
