通过对大体积混凝土施工现状的研究,总结了大体积混凝土裂缝的主要成因、施工过程中的温控指标、温控及防裂措施等。同时,参照设计建议、相关文献和规范,以及大量工程实例,经过温控计算,确定了刘家峡大桥锚碇大体积混凝土施工的温控方案,有效地控制了锚碇大体积混凝土的施工温度,各项温控指标均满足设计和相关规范的要求,锚碇整体施工质量良好,未出现贯穿性裂缝。通过刘家峡大桥锚碇大体积混凝土的施工实践,总结了大体积混凝土施工温度控制相关的结论及存在的问题,为类似工程施工提供了借鉴,同时指出了大体积混凝土温控研究的新方向。
Through the research on the present situation of mass concrete construction, the main causes of mass concrete cracks, temperature control indicators during construction, temperature control and crack prevention measures are summarized. At the same time, with reference to the design proposals, relevant documents and norms, and a large number of engineering examples, the temperature control scheme for the construction of the large-volume concrete of the anchorage in Liujiaxia Bridge was determined through temperature control calculation, and the construction temperature of the large-volume concrete of the anchorage was effectively controlled. Item temperature control indicators are to meet the design and related specifications, anchorage overall construction quality is good, there is no penetration cracks. Through the construction practice of mass concrete in Anchorage of Liujiaxia Bridge, the conclusions and existing problems related to temperature control of mass concrete construction are summarized, which provide reference for similar project construction. Meanwhile, the new direction of mass concrete temperature control research is pointed out.
