中国山水田园派诗人与诗作浩若繁星,其中中唐时论田园诗和游记,莫出柳宗元其右。他被贬永州后曾在《永州八记》的《始得西山宴游记》中说到:“其隙也,则施施而行,漫漫而游,日与其徒上高山,入深林,穷回溪,幽泉怪石,无远不到。到则披草而坐,倾壶而醉;醉则更相枕以卧,卧而梦,意有所极,梦亦同趣;觉而起,起而归……”记得初读此文,只觉作者与天地为伍,高傲独立并且相当洒脱随性,并未领会文中描述的意境所在。到如今,编辑部的工作经常可以接触到世界各地风光迤逦之处的度假酒店、餐厅、别墅等案例,偶然再次看到柳宗元的《永州八记》时,内心更加深刻地泛起一种对山水田园的向往以及企图避开满眼钢筋水泥丛林的复杂情感。
