骨科门诊常采用手法整复，患者通常痛疼而精神紧张，部分患者需反复整复。因此在整复过程中采用适当的麻醉是必要的。我院自2006年来为减轻患者疼痛，提高整复成功率，应用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于手法整复术，取得满意效果，现报告如下。
