稻叶亚美作品中使用的各个元素以一种暧昧的状态存在着,亦如日本人的处世之道。这种藕断丝连的暧昧关系很容易让人产生一种混沌感,而这也正是稻叶亚美在她构建的世界中想要传达的。摄影通过画面边框切割呈现出一个个平面的世界,但是对于稻叶亚美的作品,我们看到的是一个通过累积、叠加来重新构建出的有纵向厚度的世界。她像一个影像组织者,将各种符号、元素通过自己的方式,塑造了一个被大量信息覆盖的真实世界。在观看稻叶亚美作品的过程中,我们会不由自主地迷失在她的影像世界
The elements used in Inaba’s work in Asia and the United States exist in an ambiguous manner, as is the Japanese way of life. It is easy to create a sense of chaos by such an affair, which is what Amoy Inaba wanted to convey in her world. Photography cuts through the picture frame to show a flat world, but for Inaba’s work, we see a world of vertical thickness reconstructed by accumulation and overlay. She is like a video organizer, through various ways of symbols and elements, has shaped a real world covered by a great deal of information. In the process of watching Yawata in Inaba, we can not help but lose in her image world
