对1979、1983~1986五年的小麦育种材料和杂交组合的抗赤霉病性进行接种鉴定。71个组合调查结果表明,抗病品种×感病品种组合杂种F_1抗赤霉病性大多倾向抗病亲本,表现显性效应。杂种F_2病情呈连续分布,亦表现显性效应。小麦对赤霉病的抗性主要表现为部分显性。抗赤霉病性遗传力偏低,18个组合平均广义遗传力为45.14%,但组合之间差异很大,变幅为9.05~73.53%。杂种F_1抗病亲本、感病亲本和中亲值都有正相关关系。F_2单株与F_3株系的相关系数为0.4616和0.4627,早代选择单株有一定效果,但杂种后代应连续接种鉴定和选择。
The identification of the resistance to scab in wheat breeding materials and hybrid combinations in 1979, 1983 ~ 1986 was carried out. The results of 71 combinatorial surveys showed that F1 hybrids resistant to F 1 were most susceptible to Fusarium head blight, showing a dominant effect. Hybrid F_2 showed a continuous distribution of disease, also showed a dominant effect. The resistance of wheat to Fusarium head blight is mainly partly dominant. The heritability of Fusarium head blight was low, and the average general heritability of the 18 combinations was 45.14%. However, there was a great difference between the combinations, ranging from 9.05% to 73.53%. Hybrid F1 pro-resistant parents, susceptible parents and the pro-value have a positive correlation. The correlation coefficients between F_2 and F_3 were 0.4616 and 0.4627, respectively. However, the early selection of individual plants had some effect, but the offspring of hybrids should be identified and selected by continuous inoculation.
