当前影响河北省的高等体育院系进一步发展的因素主要是高校扩招现象和就业难问题比较严重、高校体育教师队伍素质不高,健全的教师培训机构尚未成型,教师们的工作成就感较低,学成归来的人才流失问题较为突出等。对此,笔者提出了政府应当加强对高校教师培训的关注,增强宏观指导;加大对高校的资金投入力度;结合市场需求对高校体育开设专业进行调整;健全完善教师培训制度等对策。 At present, the factors affecting the further development of higher PE faculties in Hebei Province are mainly the phenomenon of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities and the difficulty of employment. The quality of PE teachers in universities is not high, the sound teacher training institutions have not been formed yet, the sense of accomplishment of teachers is low, The problem of brain drain after graduation is outstanding. In this regard, the author proposes that the government should pay more attention to the training of college teachers, strengthen the macro guidance, increase the capital investment in colleges and universities, adjust the professional establishment of PE in colleges and universities in accordance with the market demand, and improve the training system of teachers.
