目的:采用不同消解方法消除二氧化钛对铬检测结果的影响,筛选最佳消解方法。方法:分别采用氢氟酸法和薄膜过滤法这两种消解方法对10批样品进行消解预处理,用原子吸收测定法测定胶囊中铬的含量,通过配对t检验考察两组数据的差异性。结论:两种方法均能清除二氧化钛对实验的干扰,两种方法无显著性差异。
OBJECTIVE: To eliminate the effect of titanium dioxide on the detection of chromium by different digestion methods and screen for the best digestion method. Methods: Ten samples were digested by hydrofluoric acid method and membrane filtration method, respectively. The content of chromium in capsules was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The differences of two groups of data were analyzed by paired t test. Conclusion: Both methods can remove the interference of TiO2 on the experiment, and there is no significant difference between the two methods.
