阐述了鞍钢高炉炉缸砌筑结构及目前侵蚀状况,认为炉缸冷却水量不足,碱金属及锌富集破坏炉衬,冷却壁有效比表面积不足,填充层气隙过高等,是影响鞍钢高炉长寿的问题。通过建立长寿管理制度,加强监控,来综合判断炉缸侵蚀变化趋势,并相应采取了降低高炉冶炼强度、钛矿护炉、加装管道泵、风口喂钛线及强制堵风口等措施控制环炭温度,实现高炉长寿生产。
