无锡生产的SH30型拖挂式工程钻机,以其巧妙的设计,紧凑的结构,机动灵活的性能享誉遍布大江南北,并出口海外,特别深受城市工程勘察用户的欢迎;但其一个最大的缺点是人工立放钻架,费人费力,且具有较大的不安全性。尤其在北方硬土地区,钻架支腿多经加固,重量加大,一天之内几经立架放架,问题更加突出。也许是该型钻机独特的优点,造成了一二十年来,这种状况未见有任何改进。针对这个问题,研究后发现仅需增加两三个简单的附属器件,利用钻机自身的动力,就可以圆满解决,使该型钻机实现立架自动化。 自动立架的原理是通过钻机卷扬机钢丝绳的紧缩,钻架结构等腰三角形底边的缩短,从而其高升长,钻架起立(见自动立架机构原理示意图)。据计算,立架所需升力约0.8KN,按钻架角顶预提升1.5m计,最大(起始)钢丝绳拉力约3.3KN。
