德龙集团成立于1991年。目前,拥有三家钢铁企业、一家装备制造企业及其它贸易公司,是一家以钢铁实业为主,贸易物流等为辅的企业集团。目前拥有员工11000多名,总资产154亿元,粗钢产能达到700万吨、轧辊3万吨生产能力。近年来,德龙从战略和全局角度出发,把人才的培养作为重中之重工作来抓。通过制定人才战略制度、创新人才发展模式,不断完善人才培养机制等措施,员工队伍整体素质明显提高,增强了企业竞争力。
