In the spring of 1946, writer Shao Quanlin (1906-1971), a literary theorist, received a package of manuscripts sent by a friend of Ninth Military Police Headquarters in Hankou at Hankou and said that some warriors and cadres who had been brought out of the Central Plains Military Region Works, please take a look at him.
