2013年1月1日起实施的《刑事诉讼法》中有多项针对侦查监督部门的新规定。比如,强调“尊重和保障人权”、明确逮捕条件和程序、增加羁押必要性审查以及排除非法证据、加强诉讼监督等方面的新规定。这些规定,对侦查监督工作提出新要求,也带来新的机遇和挑战。上述立法内容的增加,对侦查监督部门的挑战表现在多个方面:第一,新增的羁押必要性审查等多项工作,使工作量较之前新增近一半;第二,部分执法者的素质难以应对新的工作要求
