蛟龙号载人潜水器在2012年完成7000米级海上试验并最终下潜7062m。在此深度条件下,蛟龙号承受着巨大的深水压力,其抗压外壳的材料选择尤为重要。本论文分别采用主应力法和有限元法对建立的蛟龙号外壳模型进行了理论分析,模拟了蛟龙号抗压外壳的应力应变状态,并且对比了两种方法得出的不同试验结果进行了分析。
Dragon manned submersible in 7000 to complete 7000 meters sea trials and eventually dive 7062m. Under this condition, the dragon is under tremendous pressure of deep water, and the material selection of the compression shell is especially important. In this paper, the principal stress method and the finite element method were used to analyze the established dragon shell model to simulate the stress-strain state of the dragon shell, and the comparison of the results obtained by the two methods was analyzed .
