苹果的老板乔布斯离世已半年多,不尽的哀思和对斯人的赞赏也随风而去。乔布斯凭什么能救苹果公司于危难,并将其发展成为世界上市值最大的高科技公司?从个人财富而言,他远不及盖茨,但是他勇于创新、善于创新的精神和实践是留给苹果公司和世人最大的财富。众所周知,公司要发展必须要开发具有核心竞争力的产品,并具备可持续发展的研发能力。其中产品在市场中的定位,即准确识别市场和用户的需求,激发创新的灵感至关重要。从iPod、iPhone至iPad体现的是成功的产品设计和定位。从技术创新的层面上看,平板电脑、滚动屏、手触等都有成熟的技术,或购买或自己拥有。关键在于集合、简化设计出用户喜闻乐见、操作简便、功能俱全的产品,或者说是老板对市场需求的感知度使然。
