Teachers are the practitioners of deepening educational reform. The key to the success of educational reform depends on the professional qualities of teachers. To enhance teachers’ professionalism is a long-term task. Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in Guangxi Primary School, gratifying achievements have been made. However, the professionalism of most rural primary school teachers needs to be improved. At present, the main problems in rural primary school teachers are as follows: First, the aging of teachers in rural primary schools is outstanding. Many teachers are still dominated by traditional teaching methods. Their educational thoughts are outdated, their cultural qualities are not high, and their awareness of innovation is low. Second, rural primary school teachers
