由国有到民营体制,由国有身份职工,到合同制企业员工,不论是对国有企业,还是对其中的员工,都是一个根本性的变化。这个变化,不仅给改制后企业带来机遇,也带来更大的市场竞争压力,不仅给改制后企业员工带来希望,也带来更大的岗位竞争压力和其他压力。加强对员工的压力管理,及时转变管理观念,创新管理方式,更好地激励员工积极性,促进企业健康和谐持续发展,是改制后企业管理的一项重要任务。
From a state-owned system to a private enterprise, and from a state-owned worker to a contract-based enterprise employee, both state-owned enterprises and their employees are a fundamental change. This change not only brings opportunities for the post-reforming enterprises but also brings more pressure for market competition. This will not only bring hope to the staffs after the system reform but also create greater job competition pressure and other pressures. It is an important task of the enterprise management after restructuring to strengthen the pressure management of employees, change management concepts in time, innovate management methods, better motivate employees and promote the healthy, harmonious and sustainable development of the enterprises.
