为探讨氨利酮抗心律失常及致心律失常作用,观察15只犬静脉注射氨利酮(4mg/kg)前后心肌电生理参数的改变。实验结果表明:(1)血压轻度下降;(2)窦律周期、窦房结恢复时间和校正窦房结恢复时间分别缩短15.31%、8.00%及15.56%,窦房传导时间变化不大;(3)P-R、A-H间期及房室结有效不应期缩短,对心房肌、希浦系统,心室有效不应期无明显作用。用药前后H、H-V、QRS、Q-T间期亦无显著变化;(4)有4只犬出现频发室性早搏,数分钟内自行消失。讨论了此药电生理作用机制及临床意义。
To investigate the antiarrhythmic and arrhythmic effects of arginone, the electrophysiological parameters of myocardium in 15 dogs before and after intravenous injection of 4mg / kg of ammonia were observed. The results showed that: (1) blood pressure decreased slightly; (2) sinus cycle, sinus node recovery time and correction of sinus node recovery time were reduced 15.31%, 8.00% and 15.56%, respectively (3) P-R, A-H interval and atrioventricular node effective refractory period shortened, atrial muscle, Hippo system, effective ventricular refractory period had no significant effect. There was no significant change of H, H-V, QRS and Q-T before and after treatment. (4) Four dogs appeared frequent premature ventricular contractions and disappeared within a few minutes. The mechanism and clinical significance of this drug electrophysiological action were discussed.
