本文报道一种超压薄层色谱(OPLC)光密度检测法,同时测定多种维生素溶液中水溶性维生素含量。仪器 TLC或高效TLC(HPTLC)硅胶板(60_(251)~F,20×20 cm),Linomat N型自动点样器。采用Chrompres-25型超压薄层色谱仪进行OPLC分离。用CD-60型光密度测定仪以UV方式记录光谱和色谱图。材料和试剂洗脱剂为正丁醇:吡啶水(50∶35∶15,V/V/V)。茚三酮(NR)喷雾液由以下成分组成:茚三酮1.6g,乙醇0.8L,乙酸0.16 L,2、4、6-三甲基吡啶0.032 L。二甲氨基肉桂醛(DR)喷雾液为1%(w/v)4-二
In this paper, an over-pressure thin-layer chromatography (OPLC) optical densitometry was reported to simultaneously determine the content of water-soluble vitamins in various vitamin solutions.
