探讨了 99Tcm- MIBI肿瘤阳性显像在多种恶性肿瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。静脉注射 99Tcm-MIBI15~ 30 min后 ,用美国 GE公司 SPX- 6型 SPECT行病变局部平面和断层显像 ,计算肿瘤与本底比值 (T/ B) ,当 T/ B≥ 1.5时判定显像结果为阳性 ;肝脏肿瘤诊断则比较胶体显像和阳性显像时肿瘤部位是否有填充 ,若有填充则为阳性。 2 1例受检者中病理诊断为恶性肿瘤 17例 ,良性肿瘤 4例。 17例恶性肿瘤 99Tcm - MIBI阳性显像 15例阳性 ,2例阴性 ;4例良性肿瘤患者显像结果均为阴性。本组病例 99Tcm- MIBI阳性显像的敏感性为 88% ,特异性为 10 0 % ,阳性预测值为 10 0 % ,阴性预测值为 6 6 .7% ,准确率为 90 %。结果表明 99Tcm- MIBI阳性显像诊断和鉴别诊断良恶性肿瘤具有良好的临床应用前景
To investigate the value of 99Tcm-MIBI tumor positive imaging in the clinical diagnosis of many malignant tumors. After intravenous injection of 99Tcm-MIBI for 15-30 min, the tumor-to-background ratio (T / B) was calculated by SPECT-SPECT SPECT-type SPECT in the United States. T / B was judged as imaging The result was positive; liver tumor diagnosis compared colloidal imaging and imaging of the tumor site is filled, if there is a positive filling. Among 21 cases, 17 cases were pathologically diagnosed as malignant tumors and 4 cases were benign tumors. Fifteen cases of 99Tcm - MIBI positive imaging were positive in 17 cases of malignant tumors, while 2 cases were negative in 4 cases of benign tumors. The sensitivity of 99Tcm-MIBI positive imaging in this group of patients was 88%, the specificity was 100%, the positive predictive value was 10%, the negative predictive value was 6.6%, the accuracy was 90%. The results show that 99Tcm-MIBI positive imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors have good clinical application prospects
