农村党员干部现代远程教育,是新形势下造福亿万农民群众的一项富民工程,是建设社会主义新农村的一项创新工程.是夯实党在农村执政基础的一项重大工程。云南省委及省委组织部高度重视这项工作的开展,并取得了明显成效。为推动这项工程的健康快速发展,本刊特从省内和省外采撷一些好经验,以供参考。 Modern distance education for party members and cadres in rural areas is a project of enriching people for the benefit of hundreds of millions of peasant masses in the new situation and an innovative project for building a new socialist countryside and a major project for consolidating the party’s foundation for governing the country in the countryside. Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Department of Organization attached great importance to the work carried out, and achieved remarkable results. In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of this project, we have collected some good experiences from both inside and outside the province for reference.
