为研究泄漏工况下热保护角处LNG储罐外罐温度场应力场的变化规律,以16万m~3LNG全容罐为研究对象,借助有限元软件ANSYS下的FLUENT、Steady-State Thermal、Static Structural和Transient Structural软件建立三维模型,考虑动态泄漏过程,对泄漏24h内的温度场和等效应力场分布规律进行分析。仿真结果表明:LNG储罐泄漏时,泄漏口高度越低,温度场温度降低越小,等效应力场的值越小,结构越安全;泄漏口面积越小,温度场温度降低越小,等效应力场的值越小,结构越安全。仿真结果可以为我国LNG储罐设计和LNG储罐泄漏事故处理提供借鉴。
In order to study the variation law of stress field of LNG storage tank outer temperature field at the heat protection corner under leakage condition, taking 16 000 m ~ 3LNG full capacity tank as the research object, with the aid of FLUENT, Steady-State Thermal, Static Structural and Transient Structural software to build a three-dimensional model, consider the dynamic leakage process, the leakage within 24h of the temperature field and the distribution of the equivalent stress field analysis. The simulation results show that when the LNG storage tank is leaking, the lower the leakage height, the lower the temperature field temperature, the smaller the equivalent stress field is and the safer the structure. The smaller the leakage area, the lower the temperature field, and so on The smaller the value of the effective stress field, the more secure the structure. The simulation results can provide reference for LNG storage tank design and LNG storage tank leakage accident treatment in China.
