本文采用矩阵最小二乘法推导平面度误差的计算公式,并给出了计算平面度误差的源程序和计算实例。文中根据布点测量得到的实测值所建立的“最小二乘平面”为理想平面,求得平面误差值。此法与按“最小条件”建立理想平面求得平面度误差值相比,因为无需经过多次试算,所以使得计算大为简化。而用微型电子计算机或可编程序的电子计算器处理数据,使得平面度误差的计算迅速、可靠。
In this paper, the calculation formula of flatness error is deduced by matrix least square method, and the source program and calculation example are given to calculate the flatness error. In this paper, the “least squares plane” established by the measured values of the cloth spot measurement is the ideal plane, and the plane error value is obtained. This method compared with the “minimum conditions” to establish the ideal plane to obtain flatness error compared to the value, because the calculation does not need to go through many trials, so the calculation is greatly simplified. The use of micro-computer or programmable electronic calculator to process data, making flatness error calculation quickly and reliably.
