目前国内外关于蓄能器工作参数的选择和计算很多资料都已经给出了选择条件和具体公式,但是这些公式在计算过程中大部分都忽略了温度与多变指数的影响,从而使得计算出的蓄能器的工作参数值与实际情况不相符,最终造成蓄能器选型的误差。针对以上情况,分析了多变指数和温度对蓄能器工作参数的影响,并且在考虑以上因素的前提下设计了一款选择和计算不同工况下蓄能器参数的软件。推导出多变指数计算公式,通过编程给出了更为精确的蓄能器总容积值,为蓄能器的选择提供了依据。

In view of the above, the influence of variable index and temperature on the working parameter of accumulator is analyzed, and a software to select and calculate accumulator parameters under different conditions is designed on the premise of above factors. The calculation formula of variable index is derived, and the more accurate total volume value of accumulator is given through programming, which provides the basis for the selection of accumulator.
