为了降低烧结矿生产成本和提高效益,5号高炉通过调整槽下装料顺序,研究小粒度烧结矿使用量和装入方式,将小粒度烧结矿准确布入炉内指定位置,消除其对料柱透气性带来的不利影响,力求炉况稳定顺行。措施实施后,5号高炉小粒度烧结矿使用比例逐步提高,达到6.5%~8.0%,吨铁小粒度烧结矿矿耗80~120kg/t,小粒度烧结矿全部回收利用。
