在社会急速发展的今天,社会对大学生写作能力的要求越来越高,而现实中大学生的写作能力却有普遍下降的趋势,因此有必要研究高校学科教育与大学生写作能力提高之间的关系。在高校课程体系中,公文写作课程对于大学生写作能力的培养起着关键性的作用,但却存在着不受高校重视、教学模式陈旧、学科研究欠缺等一系列问题。故必须明确公文写作教学培养大学生写作能力的可行性与必要性,从学校、教师、学生三个层面为公文写作教学扫清障碍,实现公文写作培养高水平写作人才的教学目标,发挥公文写作课程的基础性实用性功能。
