通过茎尖离体培养获得了再生植株。从贮藏叶诱导产生了胚性细胞团和再生植株。筛选出D_8和D_7二种生长快,成活率高的茎尖生长培养基。再生苗病毒检测结果表明,大部再生苗的病毒含量大幅度降低,部分再生苗脱去了一种或数种病毒。得到了少量脱毒苗。从茎尖,气生鳞茎的茎尖和贮藏叶等外植体都诱导产生了脱毒苗。再生苗移栽后常有不同程度的病症,但有的苗叶色较绿。共结出138个蒜头。其中大部为独瓣蒜,少数蒜头当年分瓣;也有从一个外植体产生二个或二个以上茎的丛苗,移栽后结出2~8个蒜头不等。
