以新公共服务理论的视域解析高校图书馆的嵌入式学科服务,一方面可以更全面梳理它的理论背景与话语基础,另一方面可以更清晰概览其本质规定与目标指向。在用户本位、服务价值、责任伦理、民主参与的理论内涵与目标诉求的基础上,高校图书馆开展嵌入式学科服务应遵循增强学科馆员竞争力、构建学科服务责任体系、形成全面协同格局、用户驱动创新学科服务的实践路径。
Analyzing the embedded subject service of university library from the perspective of new public service theory can not only sort out its theoretical background and discourse foundation, but also provide a more clear overview of its essential provisions and target directions. On the basis of user-oriented, service value, ethical responsibility, theoretical connotation and objective demands of democratic participation, the development of embedded subject service in academic libraries should follow the principle of enhancing the competitiveness of subject librarians, establishing the system of subject service responsibility, forming a comprehensive coordination pattern, User Driven Innovative Discipline Service Practice Path.
