我国心理学者的研究结果显示,西藏军人在恶劣的、独特的气候条件下,相比内地军人更容易产生焦虑和抑郁等负性情绪。针对西藏军人面临的现实状况,提出如何有效管理负性情绪的三个步骤。一是发现情绪,正视西藏军人负性情绪的客观存在;二是分析情绪,寻找诱发西藏军人负性情绪的思维方式;三是处理情绪,为西藏军人负性情绪找到出口。
According to the results of our psychologist’s research, Tibetans are more likely to have negative emotions such as anxiety and depression than their military counterparts in the harsh and unique climatic conditions. In response to the reality that the Tibetan military faces, three steps are put forward on how to effectively manage negative emotions. One is to find out the emotions and confront the objective existence of Tibetan soldiers’ negative emotions. The other is to analyze the emotions and look for the ways of thinking that induce the Tibetan soldiers’ negative emotions. The third is to deal with the emotions and find an outlet for the Tibetan soldiers’ negative emotions.
