合成了新显色剂5-氯-甲亚胺H,并研究了其与硼的反应条件。在pH5.5的乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液中,显色剂与硼形成2:1的络合物。最大吸收波长为430nm。摩尔吸光系数为5.95×10~3L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。Sandell灵敏度为0.0018μg·cm~(-2)。硼量在0~25μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。用EDTA掩蔽各种干扰离子可直接测定氧化镁样品中的硼。方法快速、准确。
Synthesis of a new reagent 5 - chloro - methyl imine H, and its reaction with boron conditions. In a pH 5.5 acetate-ammonium acetate buffer solution, the color developer forms a 2: 1 complex with boron. The maximum absorption wavelength is 430nm. The molar extinction coefficient is 5.95 × 10 ~ 3L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). The sensitivity of Sandell is 0.0018μg · cm ~ (-2). Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 25μg / 25mL. Masking various interfering ions with EDTA allows direct determination of boron in magnesium oxide samples. Method is fast and accurate.
