时至今日,那种教师只顾灌输知识的教学法,早已不适应于时代的需要。关注学生的需要,已成为一种普遍的共识。顾名思义,教学,是教师“教”和学生“学”的活动,如果师生间有成功的情感交流,教师教得轻松,学生学得投入,教学效果肯定不错。我在十多年的语文教学中,越来越深刻地感受到这一点。那么,如何搭起情感交流之桥呢?下面谈谈我在教学实践中的一些体会、做法。
Today, the pedagogical method of infusing knowledge only by teachers has long been unsuitable for the needs of the times. Focusing on the needs of students has become a universal consensus. As the name implies, teaching is the activity of teacher “teaching ” and student “learning ”. If teachers and students have successful emotional exchanges, teachers can teach easily and students learn to invest. The teaching effect is certainly good. I am more and more deeply aware of this in the more than 10 years of Chinese teaching. So, how to put up the bridge of emotional exchange?
