助壮素已在棉花等作物上广泛使用。在棉花初花期,用50~100ppm助壮素水溶液,叶面喷雾处理,能有效地控制棉株疯长、促进早花、加速蕾铃发育、防止脱落、增加棉絮产量。如助壮素浓度过高、处理过早也可能出现抑制过头、果枝减少、产量下降等现象。据报道,助壮素能抑制内源赤霉素的生物合成。本试验是在棉花给予助壮素处理后再补充以外源赤霉素並观察其对助壮素抑制能力的解除效应。
Imidaclopride has been widely used on crops such as cotton. In the first flowering of cotton, with 50 ~ 100ppm mepiquatosin solution, foliar spray treatment, can effectively control the cotton plants soaring, to promote early flowering, to speed up the development of buds, prevent fall off, increase the cotton yield. If help mepigenin concentration is too high, premature treatment may also be over-inhibition, fruiting branches decreased, the decline in production and so on. It is reported that mepiquatcin can inhibit the endogenous gibberellin biosynthesis. This experiment is to give mepigenin treatment after cotton supplemented with gibberellin and observe the release of mepiquatosin inhibitory effect.
