工业锅炉是一种重要的耗能设备。在满足工艺要求的前提下,如何提高热效率,降低能源消耗,是很有意义的。近年来,国内外从事热工控制的学者和工程技术人员为此进行了大量的研究和实践,力求用自动化手段来稳定锅炉运行工况和控制锅炉的低过剩空气系数燃烧。遗憾的是,绝大多数论著均限于燃气、燃油和燃煤粉锅炉,对量大、面广的链条炉排工业锅炉的经济燃烧却很少论及,更无成熟的经验可供借鉴。由于我国能源结构的限制,全国百分之九十以上的锅炉都是以煤为燃料的,这些以煤为燃料的锅炉
Industrial boilers are an important energy consuming device. Under the premise of meeting the technological requirements, it is significant to improve thermal efficiency and reduce energy consumption. In recent years, scholars and engineering technicians engaged in thermal control both at home and abroad have done a great deal of research and practice for this purpose, and strive to use the automatic means to stabilize the operating conditions of the boiler and control the low excess air ratio of the boiler combustion. Unfortunately, the vast majority of papers are limited to gas, oil and pulverized coal fired boilers, the large amount of large-scale chain grate industrial boiler combustion is rarely discussed, more immature experience to learn from. Due to the restriction of China’s energy structure, more than 90% of the boilers in the country use coal as fuel, and these coal-fired boilers
