目的:分析看图对话教育模式对糖尿病患者自我管理的影响。方法:将宁波市第二医院收治的糖尿病患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用常规健康教育模式,观察组实施看图对话健康教育模式。采用糖尿病自护行为量表(DSCS)以自评方式分别进行测量比较健康教育前、出院时及出院后3个月患者对自我管理情况、胰岛素水平和并发症情况。分析两组患者健康教育前后及组间对自我管理情况的差异。结果:经过不同方式的健康教育,两组健康教育前后自我管理情况有差异显著(P<0.05);且观察组患者健康知识知晓率与自我管理措施明显高于对照组(P<0.05);平均胰岛素水平检测结果及并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施看图对话教育模式有助于糖尿病患者图形并茂掌握日常自我管理的措施,增强了糖尿病患者控糖意识及措施,减少了糖尿病并发症的发病率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influence of the diagram-dialogue education mode on the self-management of diabetic patients. Methods: 60 cases of diabetic patients admitted to the Second Hospital of Ningbo City were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 30 cases. The control group received routine health education mode and the observation group implemented the dialogue health education mode. Self-rated measures were used to measure the self-management, insulin levels and complications in patients who were discharged from the hospital and at 3 months after discharge from the Diabetes Self-Protection Behavior Scale (DSCS). Analysis of two groups of patients before and after health education and self-management differences between groups. Results: There were significant differences in self-management before and after health education between the two groups (P <0.05), and the awareness rate and self-management of health knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) Insulin level test results and complications were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The implementation of the diagram-dialogue education mode helps diabetic patients to master daily self-management measures and enhance the awareness of sugar control in diabetic patients and measures to reduce the incidence of diabetic complications.
