结合航空整流技术,介绍了一种新颖的航空中频三电平PWM整流器DPWMA的实现方法,使该变换器能在中频下很好的工作,且功率因数高、开管损耗低、电流谐波含量低。基于载波调制三电平PWM技术,采用一种新颖的谐波注入法实现三电平断续脉宽调制方法 (DPWMA),具有简单可行、开关损耗低、共模电压低等优点。并用仿真和实验结果证明所提方法的正确性。
Combining with the aviation rectification technology, a novel method to realize the DPWMA mid-frequency three-level PWM rectifier is introduced, which makes the converter work well under the mid-frequency with high power factor, low open-tube loss and current harmonic content low. Based on the carrier modulation three-level PWM technique, a novel harmonic injection method for three-level intermittent pulse width modulation (DPWMA) is proposed, which has the advantages of simple and feasible, low switching loss and low common-mode voltage. Simulations and experimental results show that the proposed method is correct.
