目的:优选红花减压提取工艺参数。方法:以羟基红花黄色素A的转移率和干膏率为考察指标,采用正交试验法对加水量、真空度、提取时间及提取次数等因素进行优选,并与常压煎煮法及文献方法进行比较。结果:优选的减压提取工艺为加12倍量水提取3次,每次20 min,系统真空为-0.045~-0.055 MPa。减压提取法优于常压煎煮法及文献方法。结论:该优选工艺稳定,可行。
Objective: To optimize extraction process parameters of safflower. Methods: Taking the transfer rate and the dry weight of the hydroxysafflor yellow A as the index, orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the factors such as the amount of water added, the degree of vacuum, the extraction time and the number of extraction, Literature method to compare. Results: The optimal vacuum extraction process was to extract 12 times the amount of water three times, each time 20 min, the system vacuum was -0.045 ~ -0.055 MPa. Decompression extraction method is superior to atmospheric boiling method and literature methods. Conclusion: The optimal process is stable and feasible.
