为了考察中心圆孔圆盘试件点应力法确定的岩石抗拉强度值严重偏高的问题,采用ANSYS有限元软件,对径向加载作用下舍有不同中心圆孔圆盘试件模型的受力进行了模拟分析,结果表明,圆孔圆盘加载直径上存在应力梯度,且随着中心孔径增大,其范围存在先增大后减小的规律。通过对含有不同中心圆孔的石灰岩试样进行劈裂加载试验,并对试件的破坏模式进行了分析,提出了一种考虑应力梯度范围影响的岩石抗拉强度确定方法,对于采用圆孔圆盘试件确定岩石的抗拉强度有重要的意义。
In order to investigate the serious problem of the rock tensile strength value determined by the point stress method of the circular disk specimen in the center, the finite element software ANSYS was used to test the model with different center circular disc specimens under radial loading The simulation results show that there is a stress gradient in the loading diameter of the circular disk, and the range of the center disk first increases and then decreases as the central aperture increases. By splitting limestone specimens with different center holes and analyzing the failure modes of the specimens, a method for determining the tensile strength of rock considering the range of stress gradient is proposed. It is of great importance to determine the tensile strength of the rock by the disk specimen.
