新疆大剧院屋盖由内外两层穹顶嵌套而成。外层穹顶分为南壳和北壳,与内壳形成三个基本独立的结构受力单元。南北壳均为由26榀沿径向均匀分布的竖向桁架组成的近似1/4球;内壳则为由10榀拱桁架组成的拱形曲面。外层穹顶与内层穹顶之间通过立面幕墙连接,形成封闭屋盖系统。为提高结构的整体协同工作能力和稳定性,在不影响建筑效果的前提下,在内外壳设置了不同形式的支撑体系。采用SAP2000软件对比分析了设置支撑与不设置支撑下结构的受力形态和刚度,详细介绍了屋盖结构体系的形成过程、结构受力特征及主要分析结果。分析结果表明设置支撑能显著提高结构的刚度和整体性。
Xinjiang Grand Theater roof is built by two domes inside and outside the nest. The outer dome is divided into the south shell and the north shell, and the inner shell forms three basic independent structural force units. The north and south shells are all approximately 1/4 of a sphere composed of vertical trusses evenly distributed in the radial direction at 26 °. The inner shell is an arched surface consisting of 10 trunks of truss. Between the outer dome and the inner dome through the façade curtain wall to form a closed roof system. In order to improve the overall ability and stability of the structure to work together, different forms of support systems are provided in the inner and outer shells without affecting the construction effect. Using SAP2000 software, the force form and stiffness of the structure with or without support were compared and analyzed. The forming process of roof structure, the force characteristics of the structure and the main analysis results were introduced in detail. The analysis results show that the support structure can significantly improve the stiffness and integrity of the structure.
