中国人民解放军301医院从1972年开始用低能X线治疗机,1978年以来用高能加速器的电子线和特制的术中放疗限束系统进行单次大剂量的术中放疗,迄今已完成400余例。其中手术切除配合术中照射300余例,包括胃癌、直肠癌、肺癌、食道癌等。肿瘤部分切除加术中照射40余例,包括复发性结肠癌、直肠癌、腹膜后肿瘤等。探查病灶行术中放疗近50例,如晚期胃癌、胰腺癌、高位胆管癌等。此种技术的优点,一是可通过手术切除肿瘤并暴露病灶,由手术医生直接将限束筒放入病人体内病灶区进行直观辐照,杀灭癌细胞。二是可将正常
