目的 :观察 84、山花消毒液对 Ti- 6 Al- 4V合金表面的腐蚀。方法 :将 Ti- 6 Al- 4V合金试件分别浸泡在山花、84消毒液中保持 15、30、6 0 min。对照组置于蒸馏水中 ,取出清洗 ,扫描电镜观察并行能谱分析。结果 :Ti- 6 Al- 4V合金浸泡在山花、84消毒液中 15、 30 min,扫描电镜观察无点蚀。浸泡 6 0 min表面出现明显点蚀坑。对点蚀部位进行能谱分析发现主要元素为铝、磷、硫、钛。结论 :用山花、84消毒液对 Ti- 6 Al- 4V合金进行表面消毒时 ,会出现材料表面点蚀 ,继而影响材料性能
OBJECTIVE: To observe the corrosion of the surface of Ti-6 Al-4V alloy by Shanhua antiseptic fluid. Methods: Ti-6 Al-4V alloy specimens were immersed in mountain flowers, 84 disinfectant to maintain 15,30,6 0 min. Control group placed in distilled water, remove the cleaning, scanning electron microscopy parallel energy spectrum analysis. Results: The Ti-6 Al-4V alloy was immersed in Shanhua, 84 disinfectant solution for 15, 30 min. No pitting corrosion was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Immersion 60 min surface pits obvious pits. Energy spectrum analysis of pitting sites revealed that the major elements were aluminum, phosphorus, sulfur and titanium. Conclusion: When the surface disinfection of Ti-6 Al-4V alloy with Shanhua, 84 disinfectant, there will be pitting on the surface of the material, which will affect the material properties
