某地铁6号线工程车站站台层采用屏蔽门,每侧屏蔽门纵向组合总长度153.4 m,门体总高约2.5 m,单侧滑动门数量有32道,滑动门净开度1.9 m,端门净开度1.2m,应急门净开度1.1m。标准车站为双侧站台,64个单元,双岛四线或一岛两侧,个别车站四侧站台,128个单元。针对地铁工程屏蔽门施工中出现的一些影响屏蔽门正常使用的问题,现将出现的问题及防治措施归纳如下。一、屏蔽门整体绝缘不达标地铁工程屏蔽门的绝缘一直是比较难解决的问题,分析主要有以下几方面原因。(1)屏蔽门专业施工时间一般在5~9月份,地铁工程多为暗挖车站,该季节地下
