GM-CSF为一种造血因子,主要应用于肿瘤化疗、放疗后骨髓抑制的治疗。近年来的研究表明,GM-CSF联合应用IFN能显著降低乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA效价和转氨酶水平。此外,GM-CSF还能显著增强注射重组HBV疫苗后的抗体反应,主要表现为抗-HBs效价显著升高,并维持较长时间。GM-CSF主要通过促进树突细胞增殖分化,增强其免疫功能,从而表现出对乙型肝炎良好的治疗与预防作用。
GM-CSF is a hematopoietic factor, mainly used in cancer chemotherapy, bone marrow suppression after radiotherapy treatment. In recent years, studies have shown that GM-CSF combined with IFN can significantly reduce the hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA titer and transaminase levels. In addition, GM-CSF can also significantly enhance the antibody response after injection of recombinant HBV vaccine, mainly manifested as significantly increased anti-HBs titer, and maintained for a long time. GM-CSF mainly shows good therapeutic and preventive effects on hepatitis B by promoting the proliferation and differentiation of dendritic cells and enhancing its immune function.
