我院新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)1987年1月到1988年12月共收治极低出生体重儿(VLBW)60例。1991年4月我们对当时救愈存活出院29例中23例在婴幼儿期进行智能和体格发育的测定,并与同期出生的足月正常出生体重儿28例进行对照。全部51例测定由同一个儿保医师测定。现将结果报告如下:一、一般资料23例VLBW均于1987年1月～1988年12月间在我院NICU住院救愈出院。出生体重900～1500克,出院时体重平均2005克。胎龄28-40周。随访时年龄:2(1/2)-4岁。男20例,女3例。城市13例农村10例。对
Our hospital neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) from January 1987 to December 1988 were treated with very low birth weight children (VLBW) in 60 cases. In April 1991, we analyzed the intelligence and physical development of 23 cases of 29 patients who were discharged from hospital during the same period and were compared with 28 cases of full-term normal birth weight at the same period. All 51 cases were determined by the same pediatrician. The results are reported as follows: First, the general information of 23 cases of VLBW were in January 1987 ~ December 1988 in our hospital NICU hospitalized and discharged. Birth weight 900 ~ 1500 grams, average weight at discharge of 2005 grams. 28-40 weeks gestational age. Age at follow-up: 2 (1/2) -4 years old. 20 males and 3 females.
