本文通过对EAP服务范围的拓展,对卷烟零售商弱势群体实施EAP服务必要性进行分析和思考及其服务行为产生的社会、企业和个人价值的效应,表明烟草企业运用心理援助服务于弱势客户的必要性。
Through the expansion of the scope of EAP services, this paper analyzes and considers the necessity of implementing EAP services for the underprivileged groups of cigarette retailers and the social, enterprise and personal value effects of their service behaviors. It shows that the tobacco companies use psychological assistance services to disadvantaged customers necessity.
